So what’s Live Your Truth? Where did it come from?

Let me explain a bit of my journey of living my truth.

I’ve been in business for six years, and have spent multiple six figures on coaches, consultants, masterminds, seminars, programs, systems, conferences, technology, information products, books, bright shiny objects, and magic pills of every kind.

Some were a waste of time & money, some worked pretty well, and some were even amazing.

I took action. Lots of freaking action.

I got tons of “stuff” done. I knew all the tools, strategies, and tactics to turn a hobby into a real business. I mean, I’m a freaking lawyer and financial expert, you would think I could do this stuff. But the promised magic just didn’t happen for me.

Then, finally, it happened. Overnight!

Well, an overnight that took 5+ years to start and 9 months to happen. Yeah. Exactly.

My influence, following, and passion increased more and more … until it took off at an exponential rate.

Opportunities seemingly fell into my lap. People wanted to help me.

I started to have fun. Lots of fun.

I could see which ideas were the right ones, the inspired ones. I had the energy to take massive action. And the action I took finally got results.

Everyone asked, what happened? Was it the videos? Did you discover a secret? Was it twitter? What program did you buy? What was the difference between the first 5+ years of my business and this last year?

It wasn’t a tactic.

It wasn’t a new strategy. A new system. A new social media site. A new magic pill.

For the first time, I was finally living my truth.

Speaking in my own, authentic voice.

Being comfortable with being uncomfortable.

Finding a tribe of people who were my particular brand of crazy.

Saying what everyone thinks, but no one says out loud. Speaking the whole truth, telling the whole story (even the embarrassing stuff).

Taking immediate, inspired, drastic (scary!!) action.

And as I started living my truth, people came to me from everywhere.

They tell me yes, I’m also sick of the B.S.! I also want the truth! I also see that there must be a better way. I’m also sick of being pitched magic pills. I know that the real way to make money doing my passion is much different than what’s being “sold” to us.

And you would be amazed at some of the prominent people in our industry have said about what’s really going on behind the scenes. What’s really working, what’s not working, and what it really takes to grow a business.

So I created this 6 Weeks to Live Your Truth group coaching program to create a safe environment for you to discover and practice living your own truth.

But let me make this clear.

I’m not here to sell you another freaking magic pill.

I’m not promising you’ll make $100K in the next 10 days or that magical fairies will come down from the heavens to change everything in your business.

This program is not here to save you.

This program is here to give you structure & support — so you can save yourself.

And here’s one more disclaimer … this is about living your truth.

Not the truth. Not my truth.

Not a truth that society or governments or institutions or the industry or your mastermind group or your friends or your spouse or your mom thinks you should be living.

It’s living your truth.

So there are no absolutes. There’s no right or wrong answer. It’s all kind of squishy and subjective and intuitive and messy and scary.

A half decent percentage of the time I still want to cry or throw up.

But it’s also real. And fun. And exciting. And takes so much less energy than bullsh*t.

Finally, I love what I do. I love the people I work with. I feel like I change lives.

What I do every day is a natural expression of who I am.

I get to be 100% myself, 100% of the time.

So while it is the hardest thing ever, it’s also the most awesometastic thing ever.

Just wanted to make sure we were clear on that before I get into any more specifics.

Here’s How It Works:

The Living Your Truth Program is divided into 6 Core Principles:

Combine Your Passion With Your Skill, Speak Your Voice, Nurture Your Community, Embrace Your Creativity, Take Inspired Action, and Turn Your Hobby Into a Real Business.

To get an idea of what’s covered in each principle, below are questions that will be answered in each of the six training calls:

1 – Combine Your Passion With Your Skill

• I feel stuck in doing what I “should” do, instead of following my secret fantasy … but is following a fantasy realistic?
• Should I abandon my skills, talents, education, and/or current businesses to “follow my passion?”
• How do I find my passion?
• What if I don’t know what I really want to do?
• Shouldn’t I do what worked for the guru’s? Won’t that work for me?

2 – Speak Your Voice

• What does it mean to be authentic? Do I have to share everything?
• How do I speak my voice … if I don’t know what it is yet?
• How do I get away from what my goals “should” be or what I “should” already have, so I start actually enjoying where I am are today?
• What if I don’t want to be rich, is that okay or is something wrong with me?
• Do I have to do twitter, or facebook, or video, or blogging (because I hate that stuff)?
• How do I stop feeling like I’m not making progress, and actually enjoy what I’ve already done?
• What if I start speaking my voice and people don’t like it, or attack me, or I alienate all my clients & customers?

3 – Nurture Your Community

• I really hate “selling” people, but don’t I need to “close the sale?”
• How do I know what’s the right target market?
• I feel so isolated in what I’m doing; how do I connect with other people like me?
• Am I the only one? Am I crazy? Is there anyone else like me?
• How can I find people who want to promote my stuff for me?
• How do I find joint venture partners?
• How do I connect with the big players in my industry?

4 – Embrace Your Creativity

• Isn’t creativity something that painters, designers, writers, and other artists do … not business people?
• How do I get in touch with my creativity when I have so much going on in my business & life?
• Why does creating something feel so hard?
• Why is it so hard to finish & launch something new?
• What if people don’t like it? What if people start attacking me?
• How do I know which idea is the right one?

5 – Take Inspired Action

• Isn’t there some program, tactic, or strategy that I can buy that will solve all my problems?
• Is there a secret that everyone else knows?
• How do I get un-stuck?
• How do I get out of overwhelm?
• How long is it really going to take?
• How do I know if this is going to work?
• How do I break through resistance to get things done?
• Does resistance ever mean anything, or is it just me being lazy & difficult?
• How do I know what’s the right action to take when I have so many ideas?
• How do I know I’ve done enough research or whether I’m making the right choice?

6 – Turn Your Hobby Into a Real Business

• How do I even out my crazy up-and-down cash flow?
• What do I need in place in my business to protect myself, my business, my profits, and my investment?
• How can I get more done without spending any more money?
• Am I a business owner, an entrepreneur or a CEO … or am I something else entirely?
• Am I thinking too small? How big do I have to be?
• What can I do in just a few minutes a week to attract more money and feel more in control of my business?
• How do I know if I have a “real” business?

How Does the Group Coaching Program Work?

The group coaching program includes live & recorded substantive trainings, resources to help you implement the trainings, daily emails/videos to keep you inspired & on track, and an online private website & forum to get all of your questions answered & give you support throughout the program.

You get lifetime membership in 6 Weeks to Live Your Truth.

So whenever I teach this program again, you get all the updates & new info and get to continue to participate in the live private streaming classes, chats, and private website.

1 – Six Weekly Streaming Videos

Each week you will receive pre-recorded video trainings on each of the 6 principles that you can watch on a website. You may also download the .mp3 audios of each class.

2 – Three Live Streaming Video Classes / Question-Answer Sessions

Every other week I will teach the latest principles I’ve learned & and currently practicing in living my truth. This is the very latest from me … I typically am teaching you what I learned yesterday and started practicing that morning.

During those live private ustream classes, you will also get to ask questions and network with the other members in the live chat.

Dates: Tuesday February 23, March 9, and March 23

Time: 10:00 AM Pacific (Los Angeles time) / 1:00 EST (New York time)

Don’t worry, the sessions will be recorded for playback, if you are unable to meet live.

3 – Weekly Projects & Tools

Each week you will receive assignments, tools, strategies, and additional educational & implementation materials delivered to you on the private coaching website for review & download.

4 – Thirty Email Touches From Me (5 days a week)

One of the most difficult parts of living your truth is to stay brave & avoid getting stuck.

To keep you inspired & your mindset on track, you will receive an email and/or video from me each day of the program (five days a week, since we all need a break).

This daily touch from me will not contain additional assignments or work … it’s purely a thought, quote, idea, video, or reminder of the day to keep you making progress & moving forward towards living your truth.

5 – Private Website & Forum

The training videos, classes, and the weekly projects & tools will all be archived in a private website, so you can listen to them again & again or download/listen to anything you missed.

In the private, monitored website you will also be able to connect with other participants in the program to support each other, get feedback & make connections … and it is a great place to ask questions & get answers directly from me (I will be checking on the site daily!).

I prefer that you ask your questions on the private website so everyone can hear my answers, and so you can also get answers & ideas from everyone else in the program. The collective wisdom of everyone in The Live Your Truth program is much greater than anything I could provide alone.

What’s the Investment?

Setting the price on a program is one of the most difficult decisions I make as an entrepreneur … because I’m balancing between caring about you and caring about me.

On one hand, I want this program accessible to the solo-entrepreneurs who need it most. I want to reach as many people as possible, because I know that for every person who goes through this program, they will reach dozens, hundreds, thousands with this message.

On the other hand, I would not be caring about either you or I if I set the price too low. Or gave it away for free.

I would not be caring about you, because you need to make an investment. So you take it seriously. So you show up and take action and implement.

I would not be caring about me, because as I’ve said before … dude. This is not a freaking non-profit. I need to be able to make money to be able to keep doing this. To pay for what I need. To pay for what I want.

So what I’ve done is create two levels to the program.

The group coaching program is $147.

While not accessible to everyone on earth, most entrepreneurs who are at the level to implement this program will be able to make that investment.

(If you seriously can’t afford that investment, I suggest you read all my free materials & those I recommend, go apply all that stuff, until you can afford the investment.)

The one-on-one, private client option is $747.

This includes six 30-minute coaching calls with me, which will be scheduled at our mutual convenience.

The one-on-one private clients also receive everything else that I’m currently offering at that time. Which means you also get the 4 Weeks to Video program included (current price $197) plus any other programs I may launch during the 6 weeks.

I can only take 7 private clients at a time.

Not only because of the coaching calls, but also because I invest so much mental energy in my private clients … I would not be able to hold any more in my head for the course of the program.

That’s so you make a decision.

I hate those launches where the first x people get a bonus or the price changes 5 times or only x copies of an electronic product are available (wtf?) or other complicated (B.S.) strategies are used to create false scarcity. Scarcity is just there to call your question. So you are forced into a choice that you might, on your own, put off forever.

Instead of making up a bunch of (dumb made up) bonuses that you’ll never use anyway, I’m just opening the class for only one week.

I’m not offering a money back guarantee with this program, because I’ve found that guarantees for programs like this do us all a disservice.
